Our ProcessPretty things are great, as long as they serve some kind of purpose. The work we do together must help you solve complex business problems. That's why our process is intimate and collaborative. We need to make sure we're solving the right problems, and that we're all on the same page when it comes to defining and measuring what success looks like.
DiscoveryIt's a point of pride for us that we're genuinely curious about people and their endeavours. We'll learn about you, your business, and your customers. Then, we'll figure out what problems really need solving. (Spoiler alert, it's not always the one you expect...)
StrategyNext, we'll make strategic decisions about the best path forward. We'll decide what needs building, and the tools and resources we'll need in order to create your ideal solution. When you have a strong foundation, and you're clear about about where you're headed, everything starts to fall into place.
Design & BuildThe design part of the process is where we'll take everything we've learned and start putting it all together. Design is very intuitive and iterative, so we'll prototype (build and test) the solution quickly, so that we'll be able to implement feedback in real time. We handle the majority of work in house, but in the event you need something that's not right in our wheel house, we've got a guy for that too.
DeliveryAnd finally, we'll hand everything off to you, on time and on budget.
